What is the Electronic Cigarette:

The Electronic Cigarette or electric cigarette or ecigarette, is a relatively simple device that creates vapor out of a nicotine and propylene glycol liquid. This “mist” acts much like tobacco smoke, allowing long time smokers an alternative.

There are many variations on the market place today, but all basically work in the same way. When it is inhaled upon, the air activates the atomizer to vaporize a small amount of liquid contained within a cartridge in the “filter” which is actually a plastic mouthpiece. The one difference in the market today is size. Some are larger than others. We offer the Instead electronic cigarette.

The refill cartridges for the e-cigarette come in varying nicotine strengths (high, medium, low, zero nicotine) as well as either Tobacco or Mint (Menthol) flavoring. We have moved away from pre-filled cartridges and now offer ELiquid that is used to fill your own empty cartridges.  We find this to be a much better esmoking experience. New testing has shown the average inhales of a tobacco cigarette is approximately 15 puffs. Based on this figure, a filled cartridge for the Instead Electronic Cigarette is approximately equivalent to 10 tobacco cigarettes. We have had varying reports and it seems to depend greatly on how often the e-cigarette is used and how deeply the user inhales.  A bottle of ELiquid will fill about 40 cartridges.
